Wanna name our baby?

So Jeff and I have been trying to come up with names for this baby girl for awhile now and for some reason nothing feels just right. I finally went to the library this weekend and got a baby name book and that was no help whatsoever. TAFFY was actually a name listed in there. Don't get me wrong I am sure that is a great name but I am kind of hoping we have a baby girl not a poodle!! So if any of you have some great name ideas I would LOVE to hear them. To make it worth your time if we pick the name you suggest you win a gift card!!

Showered Pink

While we were in UT my sisters threw a baby shower for me. It was so much fun to have a girls night out with these wonderful woman. To me, all of them are great examples and I am so glad that our little girl will have them in her life too.
We were spoiled with the most darling blankets and outfits. Right when we got home I hung up all of the little outfits in the closet, it's so weird to have some pink around here. Thank you ladies for a WONDERFUL evening!!

Merry Christmas

We had such a wonderful Christmas and were happy that we got to spend it in UT with family. In 4 weeks we ended up with almost 200 pictures so here is but a sample of all the great memories! Santa brought the boys new guitars and microphones this year along with many other great things!
Waiting with Uncle Derek to go upstairs and see what Santa brought!
Trey VERY excited about his new football and jersey!
Trey and Kaden giving each other a hug after exchanging Christmas gifts.
Kaden's Christmas was pretty much Lightning McQueen although his favorite gift was a small bowling set that Santa brought him!
Trey was all about the pirates this year and was so excited that Santa brought him the Peter Pan DVD. We have since watched it every day!

Rock'n around the Christmas tree!! Gram and Grandpa LeCheminant got the boys a keyboard with drums so now we have everything to start our own little band!
Grandpa and Grandma Gillespie gave each other the boys their favorite cereals...I have never seen kids so excited about cereal. They ran right to the kitchen and haven't stopped eating it since!

Christmas Eve

One of our yummiest traditions is having a scone dinner with Jeff's family on Christmas eve. Trey LOVE'S to help Grandpa cook!
Leaving cookies out for Santa!
New rock star pajama's were a huge hit for the boys!

Getting ready for Christmas

A night a Thanksgiving point with Kris & Michelle's family to see the lights!
And checking on Santa's reindeer!

Since we made gingerbread houses for Halloween we decided to make a gingerbread train for Christmas. What kid doesn't love a whole bunch of candy and frosting?

We also spent an afternoon making gingerbread cookies. Once again, lot's of candy and frosting!

Favorite Activities in December

Riding the train at Santa's workshop, but not sitting on Santa's lap because Trey was too scared he had been a bad boy and thought Santa was going to bring him a rock!
Bowling several times...it has become Kaden's new favorite thing to do!

Playing pirates!
Making "organic" snow cones!
Spending time with cousin Mo!
Having fun with all of the Gillespie cousins!
