Camp Smith

Every year the moment it starts to get warm we always start talking about going camping. The only problem in CO, it may be hot where we live but it is still pretty cold in the mountains. Luckily this past weekend our good friends the Smith's invited us camp in their backyard!
The kids were so excited to sleep in the tent!
After an amazing steak dinner, because people totally eat that when they go camping, we listened to the kids tell "scary" stories around the campfire.
Nate taught the kids about constellations.
Most people may say that sleeping in the backyard is not "rough'n" it however, when you find a snake the next morning that is rough'n it to me!

I JUST got done posting about our backyard camping adventures! Great minds think alike, eh?

Looks like you guys had so much fun. The question is, how did your kids sleep?! I love camping but mine are always up at the first sign of light! Hope you got some better sleep :)
