This train was huge! It's called a "forward cab" because the conductors sat at the front of the train due to this particular type of train spitting out so much smoke. It carried freight between Sacramento and Reno over the Sierra's through lots of tunnels so it had a lot of power.
Taffy!! Imported from Salt Lake, ha ha. Still a cool little store.

Trey---you are a lucky boy to get to go to the train museum, I'm glad that you got to see a Thomas Train there too!!
Happy Birthday Trey! Ella is so jealous that Trey got to see such BIG trains. What a lucky kid. Your pictures are awesome.
I bet Trey was so happy!! The facial expressions and squeals of surprise and delight would have made a great day!! Fun museum - we'll have to go check it out.
This looks like so much fun. We need to move somewhere where there are actually things to do on the weekends, and where it's not snowing.
I bet Trey was in heaven - that looks so fun! My boys would have loved it too! He is just looking like such a big boy! I can't believe he is 3 already!
