Two weeks ago Jeff had an afternoon off so the boys and I decide to meet him in San Francisco and spend the afternoon at the beach. We went to Ocean Beach and even though we have been there a lot of times this was the first time it was warm and sunny! The water was freezing but that didn't seem to stop our boys!
While we were sitting there it dawned on us...it's January, it's 70 degrees and we are playing at the beach. Why are we moving away from here??
Trey and Kaden could spend hours playing in the sand. We ended up burying Trey a few times so he would stop throwing buckets of water at me. Little stinker!! :)
It was such a wonderful afternoon and hopefully we will get plenty of beach time in between now and June!

I am so jealous! It just snowed again yesterday and we have another storm headed our way tomorrow!

I think you'll be happy in New Mexico when we're all bumming out because of the drought, our dieing lawns and the wildfires this summer!! But - - we love this weather too;)
